Welcome.... FOTE Project 2000 offers transitional housing and referral assistance programs to lower-income individuals and families in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Our residential program offers transitional housing, case management and referrals to local programs for various needs. Our outreach program offers case management, food pantry & clothing closet, and referrals to local programs for various needs. Individuals and families can need transitional housing for a number of reasons, no longer are the homeless considered helpless or hopeless. Our program offers compassion and assistance for those who are willing to help themselves move forward through a difficult transition in their lives.

FOTE Project 2000's objective is to bring "homeless", lower-income families and individuals to a point of self-sufficiency. We will assist our residents and program particpantss by offering housing, and by servicing their physical, mental health, employment, education, vocational, social and spritual needs. We will teach them how to empower themselves to become self-sufficient and be prepared to accept the responsibility of permanent housing and independent living. We will help our residents and clients find the assistance that they need to build a stable living environment for a brighter tomorrow. | Who We Are.....
